Pest Control Schedule

No cockroaches allowed symbol with a red prohibition circle.

Both Condo I and Condo II

have contracted to have quarterly interior pest control treatment performed on each unit.  Notification of the date of treatment is sent by email from Harbor Management.

The POA has also contracted with a licensed wildlife management vendor for iguana trapping and removal. They  will be on-site every Wednesday and Friday, except during holiday weeks.

Please be aware the removal team will be using laser-sighted airsoft pellet pistols as part of their humane control methods. They are fully licensed and trained in both safety and accuracy, and all work will be conducted with strict attention to residents and property safety.  In addition, the vendor will collapse any iguana burrows found on the property that can be safely and effectively filled. This preventive measure helps to reduce the potential for 25–40 future hatchlings entering the community.  We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we take these steps to manage the iguana population responsibly

and protect our shared spaces.
